BEFORE BOOKING:
1. Gather Your Friends
The yachts accommodates 6-14 people depending on the size of the yacht. You and your friends will have your own yacht, with or without a skipper supplied by us. It’s not possible to go on this trip as an individual, we only accept yacht bookings. Minimum age: 20 years old.

2. Choose a Yacht
Yachts vary in size and price. Choose whatever fits you! Price: €300-2000 per person. (average around €450) Make sure you pack swimming clothes, snorkling gear and sunscreen! Once you have chosen and booked a yacht you need to pay in 1-3 down payments by credit card. More info on booking and payments below:
HOW TO BOOK:
The yachts are booked by one person. This person will be responsible for:
1. The payment in 1-3 down payments.
1 person pays for the whole yacht and collects money from his/her friends.
2. Filling out crew list details online.
Data from all crew members: Name, DOB, passport number and contact details. Use our Facebook Applications to simplify this step.
3. The main contact upon arrival and departure.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
When you have filled in all details and booked your yacht you have 24 hours to decide if you want to keep the booking by paying the 1st down payment of 30% of the total cost.
- If you pay your booking will be confirmed and fixed. No money back if you decide to cancel the booking.
- If you don’t pay within 24 hours the booking will be cancelled.
- Please check your spam filter if you do not receive your confirmation email as they often end up in there.
CROATIA
- 30% of the total cost, paid within 24 hours after booking.
- 30% of the total cost, paid before 1st of April 2011.
- 40% of the total cost, June 1st 2011 (for bookings departure in July 2011), July 1st 2011 (for bookings departure in August 2011
It’s OK to pay everything at once if you prefer that.
PROBLEMS WITH PAYMENTS?
Some people have problems making payments with their credit cards.
Since the size of the payment is above average of most online payment, some Credit Card and Banks flags the purchase, due to limits set by the Bank.
We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express
If your payment is declined, please contact your bank to check with them first.
Possible reasons:
1) Not enough funds on the account
2) Maximal Daily limit set by the bank of maximum amount for a Transaction
NOTE: Some banks have a 500 EUR maximum pre transaction, pay the invoice in several parts with no payment larger than 499 EUR. Some banks have a MAX amount per day that isnt high enough.
3) Default block to do international transfers. Check your your bank to ensure they allow international transfers with your card.
4) Your bank requires you to activate 3-D secure*, since we have support for that feature.
*3-D secure is an extra layer of security where you are redirected to your bank to submit a personal pin code in order to identify the buyer, before the purchase goes through.

WHAT IF I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
The Yacht Week is unable to provide any refund if your charter is canceled. Your travel insurance policy may allow you to reclaim your expenses. The Yacht Week will work with you and our yacht charter providers to recover as much of your expense as possibl, but we cannot guarantee any refund after you book your yacht. Previously we have been over booked at all our events which have made it possible for people with cancelations to find someone else that want to take over their booking. We can assist you with that service but can’t guarantee anything.
CAN WE BOOK FLIGHTS THROUGH THE YACHT WEEK?
The Yacht Week does not arrange flights. It is important that you get your flights at a reasonable price. Choose an early flight if possible. Try to book a flight landing before 3pm (this is necessary in order to leave the harbor on the same day).
